"A friend at work was looking in really good shape and had this sort of glow about her; when I asked her about this she told me she was doing Boot Camp. I listened aghast! But when faced with the prospect of a summer beach holiday in 2 months (I had been planning to get in shape since January 1st..!) and my clothes not fitting anymore, I thought Boot Camp would be cheaper than buying a whole new wardrobe and get me beach body fit. I went home and told my boyfriend who decided he’d do it too, we could encourage each other. My first session was tough but it only served to show me how unfit I was and that Boot Camp was the way forward. Now, at the end of my 2nd month and about to go on holiday, I feel so much better, my original clothes are now baggy and I can do much more in the Boot Camp sessions than I could at the beginning.
